Rose Apple in Sudbury

They charged us for the drinks (All you can eat option) and the taste of the food didn't meet my expectations. The staff was very professional and the interior was very pleasant. A little bit pricey.

Super friendly staff, quick service and fair priced options. We had the large Pho which was a good size. The broth could have been richer flavored, but still satisfying.

Always a go-to for all-you-can-eat!

Starting with the staff which was absolutely excellent,attentive ,fast and informative just what you want to find when you walk into a restaurant.The best place in Sudbury for sushi for sure, tried them all , had some horrible experiences but this place was a joy right from the first minute till the end of a meal.

I was honestly skeptical but this was one of the most positive AYCE experiences I’ve had. Prompt, courteous service and generally delicious food—though the diversity of the menu keeps most things from being fantastic, the experience and flavour is well worth the price. We didn’t have the room to try any of the pho, but I’d be excited to come back and give it a try! Ordering through the iPads was also super convenient and simple, and everything came out super fast and nice and hot (when it should be, of course).

Decent sushi great staff

I know Sudbury isn't sushi capital but the food here was not good at all. Service was quick and servers were very friendly! Food was easy to order off an ipad. However, what threw me off was the taste and texture of the sushi rice - super sticky almost like a creamy consistency and SO much of it on the rolls and sushi. Sashimi quality was mediocre too but the rice completely ruined it and filled you up fast. Another reviewer below commented on the rice as well so I know it's not only me. It's very rare that a place that does AYCE japanese, thai AND vietnamese would have great sushi and I should have known better.

If you are looking for a great all you can eat experience with amazing food and staff to match, look no further. I have never been disappointed with any aspect of Rose Apple. Please do yourself a favor and go for the drive down Paris St. to this gem of a restaurant, try all the flavors of food they have to offer and leave with a content smile and belly.

Decent price and taste. Ordering on tablet makes remembering what the kitchen tried to make you forget ordering alot less confusing. The sushi pizza is a trap.

Excellent food & service!

Food is always piping hot and they have a variety of delicious sauces that they use for different items. Chicken balls are.meaty with little breading. Sushi is firm and fresh. Wide selection of items can be ordered through an ipad

The food is tasty and well made. I did not like the sushi rice... too sticky and they serve way too much rice in the sushi dishes.

Stir-fry glass noodles were pretty good, the Tom yum was ok and the waitress forgot to put in our appetizers.

Amazing place! The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable, the ordering system for the All You Can Eat is done on an iPad, so you always remember what you ordered. The food comes out fresh and is delivered quickly, not to mention always delicious! They make accomodations for allergies, and the staff is always professional and pleasant. Could not recommend this place more!

Food is good but not suitable for all you can eat

Service was good, nice atmosphere, wasn't a huge fan of the chairs, and the food was just okay. It didn't WOW me.

5 star restaurant, 4 star sushi rice (might have been just a fluke). Huge variety across many far east countries. Would be nice to have beef enoki. Good pricing for AYCE.

Food was great and super friendly staff. Be aware though, drinks are not included in the all you can eat and more importantly, they will charge you for any excess food that is not eaten.

Food was good and quick. It's definitely the best quality all you can eat place in town. It has all the normal stuff you can get and a lot of other new things too. All you can eat pho!

The food is generally good but is also inconsistent. The Pho is usually a safe bet but the sushi rolls are often mushy and lacking flavour.

This is the only valid ayce sushi in Sudbury. The quality of the food, the atmosphere, the staff, the selection, the ordering process. All reasons to go out of your way to try this place.

One of my favourite spots in town.

First time going with friends and my 1 year old daughter. All the staff were incredibly friendly and kind to my daughter and people in my party. The sushi was so fresh and perfectly made. I love the variety and variations you can have of dishes and the care given in the presentation. I just wasn't a huge fan of their Curry Pad Thai (My Thai Palace reigns supreme for Pad Thai). Excellent experience, would recommend.

This is a Pho place where you assemble your own noodle dish - Pick your broth, your noodel, and your protein. There are other more all-inclusive choices and other dishes like curries and tempura, but the noodle dishes are plenty big enough. Limited atmosphere - this is a diner. There is a busy take away business as well. Staff are friendly and attentive.

Crab meat salad is only lettuce with crab on top of it. Expected more for an $8 salad.

Very good food friendly staff.

When this first opened you could only get noodle dishes, which there good but nothing super fancy. Now they moved locations and you can get 'all you can eat sushi'. They use a little electronic notepad and you can order from it. The food was very good and the price was about par with other sushi places. The only thing that urked me is if you get shrimp with pad-see ew the tails are still on, but its nothing big. The wait staff (1 person) was friendly but was obviously really really over worked, trying to take care of too many tables at once, and it took a REALLY long time to get the bill. We tried repeatedly to flag the waitress down who never noticed us and had to wave the cook out, who pitched in to help. Would go again.
